Experts in the beauty industry say that there are actually two ways to take charge of skin aging. Is the first through artificial means and plastic surgery through the use of products that contain chemicals that are supposed to reduce the signs of aging.

And the other is done by natural means, which include measures to live a healthy lifestyle, such as the right to eat food, not to smoke, drink alcohol occasionally, and exercise regularly.

Experts say that even if artificial means is a simple remedy to aging, they encourage people to take natural means as possible, because if they are conducted and monitored properly, they can have a lasting effect on your appearance and on the overall health and well-being.


Taking care of your skin to prevent aging

To avoid the early signs of aging, skin care should be an essential part of everyones life. The first step in taking care of the skin is to know what type of skin you have. Dermatologists professionals who are experts on the skin and skin care and handling of classified into four types, which include dry skin, oily, normal, and combination.

A tight or rough edges of the skin often feel the distinction dry skin. It is characterized by the presence of flakes and scales, as well as redness and itching of the skin. Experts say that if you have dry skin, it is a must that you will not wash in hot water. It is also one that you should stay away from using harsh or hard liquor soaps and products based on the skin to prevent skin irritation.

The next is the type of oily skin which is characterized by a glossy appearance and large pores on the surface of the skin which makes it prone to acne. People who have oily skin must flee too far from scrub that can cause smaller pimples. It is also advisable to use non-comedogenic products from the skin to maintain a healthy skin.

Normal Skin, however, is characterized by a healthy glow. It has no redness or large pores. People who have normal skin types should use skin care products that help maintain the natural moisture balance of the skin.

Last is the combination that has dry skin and fat. Oily sections generally include the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin), while the remaining less fat cheeks. People with mixed skin should use products that are specially developed for this type of skin to avoid dehydration, which can cause redness, itching and irritation.
